Chapter 1 Clauses

Article 1 Purpose

The provision is purported to stipulate on items of terms and procedures of all the services (below to be described as “Service”) that Ready Entertainment’s (below to be described as “Company”) website, www.readymodel.com provides.

Article 2 Terminology

Terminology of the clauses is defined as below.

  1. User: a person who is given a service provided by company based upon the clauses.
  2. Use Contract: a contract agreed on services use between company and user.
  3. Subscription: an activity that completes service use contract following filling out a form and agreeing the clauses.
  4. Membership: a member who registered for membership by providing necessary personal information.
  5. User Identification Number: a combination of numbers and English characters ( restricted to one ID issue for one security number) selected by users and approved by company in order to identify one’s membership and use given service.
  6. PASSWORD: a combination of English characters, numbers and special characters set by a user for protection of his/her information.
  7. Cancellation: an expression that ends the service use contract by company or members after use of service.

Article 3 Effectiveness of Clauses and Modification

If a member doesn’t agree a changed clause, he/she may request withdrawal (cancellation). If the member doesn’t express an objection even 7days after effective date of the changed clause and continue to use a service, it shall be considered as agreement on changed items of the clause.

  1. By notifying either posting at service page of the clause or bulletin board or other methods, effectiveness takes place.
  2. In case company admits that there’s a need to modify any contents of a clause, it is possible for it to change. Once changed, it shall be notified at service page of the clause and if not any expression is to be made even after 7days of the notice and continuation of service use, it is tantamount to agreement on the modified items of a clause.
  3. If a member doesn’t agree a changed clause, he/she may stop use of service and take back his/her membership registration. If the use is continued, it’s seen as agreement on modification of a clause, and the clause will take effect just as the prior article.

Chapter2 Service Use Contract

Article 4 Agreement of Service Use Contract

Service use contract is agreed with approval of company of a user’s application and consent
to contents of clauses.

Article 5 Use Application

A user can present an application by filling out a form of personal information that company has asked at a membership information page.

Article 6 Approval of Use Application

  1. Service use application can be approved only if all the items of information are rightly filled for application and with no particular circumstances.
  2. If any is applied to cases of below, there’s a reason to be disapproved.
  3. In case of no application by a real name.
      In case of application with a disguised name.
      In case of application with a false information.
      In case of application for law and order of a community or against public morals.
      In case of application with incomplete requisites by company.

Article 7 Modification of Contract Items

When a member has change in filled information, it needs to be changed and the member shall be responsible for any caused problems by delayed change.

Chaper3 Responsibility of Contract Parties

Article 8 Responsibility of Company

Company shall not leak or distribute personal information to a third party that a member has provided for service use without his/her consent. There is an exception only when a request by a governing authority in accordance with regulation of rules of Electric Communications Basic Act is made, an investigation on possibility of a crime or request of proceedings stated in other related rules.

Article 9 Responsibility of Member

  1. For service use, a member shall not engage in any of below acts.
  2. Act with provision of acquired information by copy, publication or to the third party.
      Act with interference with company’s copyright, copyright held by a third party and other rights.
      Act with dissemination of included contents against public orders and morals.
      Act objectively determined as crime-related.
      Act in violation of other related rules.
  3. A member shall not do any sales involved activities using service and company is not responsible for following results of such possible caused activities.
  4. A member shall not either give or transfer service use rights and other position allowed by contract to a third party or provide as collateral.

Chapter 4 Service Use

Article 10 Responsibility of Member

  1. If necessary, a member is responsibility for maintenance of his/her mail, board post and registered information.
  2. A member shall not delete or change of provided information by company as he/she likes.
  3. A member shall not resister any contents against public orders and morals or able to infringe on copyrights of a third party and other rights. It’s a member that is responsible for following results of such possible caused activities.

Article 11 Bulletin Board Management & Deletion

For efficient service operation, limitations of storage space, message size and storage periods are possible to be made and if applied to any of below cases, they are subject to deletion without prior notice.

  1. In case of slandering or defamation of other members or a third party.
  2. In case of contents against public orders and morals.
  3. In case of recognition of crime activity-associated.
  4. In case of infringement on copyrights of company, copyrights of a third party and other rights.
  5. In case where a member posts obscene materials at company’s website and bulletin board or link of pornography.
  6. In case with determined violation of other related rules.

Article 12. Copyrights of Posted Materials

Copyrights of posted materials are held by a poster, and a member is not allowed to commercially use them by processing and sales of cquired information while in service use.

Article 13. Service Use Time

Unless there is any hindrance for service use to business or technology, service use time, in principal, allows 24hours a day and no holidays for a year.

Article 14. Service Use Responsibility

Service use shall not be used for hacking, distribution of link of pornography and commercially used S/W with illegality.

Article 15. Service Provision Suspension

If applied to any of below cases, suspension of service use may be anticipated.

  1. In case of unavoidable condition caused by repair of service infrastructure.
  2. In case of suspended electric communications service by a stated key telecommunications business operator in Telecommunications Business Act.
  3. In case of need of system inspection.
  4. In case of occasion with irresistible reasons .

Chapter 5. Contract Cancellation & Limitation

Article 16. Contract Cancellation & Limitation

  1. When a member cancels service use contract, he/she shall make an application for cancellation through the internet. With ID check, company follows a step.
  2. If a member acts any of below activities, company shall be responsible for notification 30days before cancellation, giving an opportunity to
      make a statement of opinion.
  3. In case of stealing others’ user ID and PW.
      In case of deliberately obstructing a service operation.
      In case of application with false information.
      In case of double registration of one user with another ID.
      In case of dissemination of contents against public orders and morals.
      In case of defamation or transmitting a great deal of unfavorable information or advertising information.
      In case of dissemination a computer virus program causing malfunction of information communications infrastructure or destroying information.
      In case of restrictions to company or other members’ interests.
      In case of infringement on
      Intellectual property rights of a third party with potential to hinder stable service operation.
      In case of illicit use of others’ personal information, user ID and PW.
      In case of posting obscene materials at a member’s home page and bulletin board or link of pornography.
      In case of any determined to be in violation of other related rules.
Chapter 6. Miscellaneous

Article 17. Ban of Transfer

A member shall not transfer and give service use rights, positions allowed by contract to others, and provide as collateral.

Article 18. Compensation of Damages

Although any damage to a member is imposed regarding free of charge service, company has little responsibility for the caused damage with exception of damages by its deliberate or major loss.

Article 19. Exemption Clauses

  1. If company is possible to provide a service due to natural disaster, wars or other similar irresistible forces, it is exempted from responsibility of service provision.
  2. Company is exempted from responsibility of caused damages by unavoidable grounds including service infrastructure repairs, exchange, regular inspection, construction.
  3. Company is exempted from responsibility of caused obstacles to service use attributable to a member.
  4. Company is exempted from responsibility of caused damages by acquired materials from anticipated interests or services in service use.
  5. Company is exempted from responsibility of contents including information, materials, credibility, accuracy that a member has posted.

Article 20. Competent Court

In case that a lawsuit is filed in service use disputes, court of its jurisdiction shall serve as a competent court.

Supplementary Clauses

(Date of Effect) The clauses take effect from July 1st, 2012.

Privacy Policy

Ready Entertainment (or Company) understands importance of clients’ personal information and makes sure to be in compliance with Act of Information Communications Network Promotion and Protect of Information. Company provides purposes and ways for and in which our clients’ personal information are used, and measures taken in the name of personal information protection. Company will notify in case of revision of personal information handling policy through notice of the website (or separate notifications).

■ Collected Items of Personal Information

Company collects personal information stated below for membership, consult, and service application.

- Items: Name, Date of Birth, Sex, Login in ID, PW, Q&A for PW, emails, record of service use, access log, cookies, access IP information, payment record.

- Collect Method of Personal Information: Website (Membership. Bulletin Board)

■ Purposes of Personal Information Collection and Use

Company uses collected personal information foe below purposes.

- Implementation of contract on service provision and provided contents with fee collection.

- Membership

For membership only service use, confirmations of identification, PIN code, prevention of illicit use by poor members and unapproved use, opinion for membership, age, and agreements by legal representative on collection of personal information of child with age of less than 14.

- Comprehension of Access Frequency or Statistic Data of Member Service Use

■ Retention of Personal Information and Use Periods

In principal, corresponding personal information after fulfillment of collection and use purpose shall be destroyed without hesitation. Company shall retain members’ information for a designated periods regulated below by related acts if there’s a need.

- Retained Items : Log In ID

- Retaining Legal Basis: Act of Credit Information Use and Protection

-Retaining Periods: 3Years

-Record of Mark & Advertisement : 6Months (Act of e-Commerce Customer Protection)

-Record of Contract or Subscription Withdrawal : 5Years (Act of e-Commerce Customer Protection)
